🎵Binaural Beats Explained🎧

Binaural Beats are an 'Auditory Illusion' created by the Brain when it listens to two Tones with slightly different Frequencies at the same time separately to each ear.   This creates a perceived Third Frequency, known as the Binaural Beat, in the Brain.

And are you ready for this . . . The Brain then synchronizes its own Electrical Impulses to match the Frequency difference between the two Tones, inducing a Specific Mental State dependent on the type of Frequency it hears.

As the Brain adjusts its rhythm to the perceived Beat, it can influence the production of different Brainwaves, such as Delta, Theta, Alpha, Beta, and Gamma waves. Each of these Brainwaves is associated with specific Mental States, and Binaural Beats have been utilized as a tool to encourage desired Mental States and Promote Sleep, Relaxation, Focus, Creativity and Deep Meditation.

When it comes to Holistic Well-Being, listening to Binaural Beats offers many Benefits for Mental, Emotional and Spiritual Harmony. They are used for Stress Reduction, Anxiety, Insomnia, Brain Fog and many other Ailments. 

The Binaural Beat that we perceive, is the Frequency difference between the Waves entering the left and right ear. For example, if the left ear registers a tone at 200 Hz and the right ear registers one at 210 Hz, the Binaural Beat is 10 Hz — the difference between the two frequencies.

The best way to listen to Binaural Beats is through Headphones or Earphones to ensure that each ear receives a distinct frequency.

1.  Delta Waves (0.5-4 Hz)

2.  Theta Waves (4-8 Hz)

3. Beta Waves (14-30 Hz)

4.  Gamma Waves (30-100 Hz)

Listen for Improved Memory and Learning.  Helps elevate Mental Performance and Problem-Solving abilities.
