In this Blog, we'll Explore WHY Attitude is so Critical to Everything we Do and How it Influences our Lives, as well as, the ways we can Start Developing a Stronger, More Positive MINDset!

What is Attitude?

ATTITUDE is our Outlook, or our way of THINKing towards our Life and towards our Circumstances.

It's how we Choose to Interpret and React to the World around us.

A Positive Attitude Reflects Openness and Optimism, whereas, a Negative Attitude Reflects Limitation and Pessimism.

Attitude is More than just a FEELing.  It is a POWERful Tool that Shapes our THOUGHTS, Behaviors and Ultimately, our Outcomes!

Attitude Affects EVERYTHING we Do and How we Handle Challenges, Relationships, Health, Business, Finances etc.

How we Perceive OurSelves is Reflected Outwardly which becomes our Attitude.

By Focusing on Building a Positive MINDset, we are able to Face Obstacles More Effectively, and we can Move Forward Towards our Goals while Maintaining Resilience in the Face of Adversity.​

Here are a Few 🔑KEY Ways to Cultivate a POSTIVE ATTITUDE:

🔑#1. Visualize Success:

Visualization is a POWERful Tool. We do this by taking a few moments throughout our Day, Imagining ourselves Achieving our Goals, while Focusing on the Experience, which helps us to FEEL Happy.  This Practice Clarifies our Desires and sets a Positive Tone for our Actions.

​🔑#2. Surround Yourself with Positivity:

Limit our Exposure to Negativity, whether it’s from the News, Social Media, or Negative Influences because, it can Drain our Energy, Reduce Mental Well-Being, and Hinder our Ability to Stay Positive.

Instead, Spend Time with People who Uplift and Inspire us, and Consume Media that Encourages Positive Growth.

​🔑#3. Express Gratitude Regularly:

The Attitude of Gratitude Speaks Volumes.  By Noting what we are Grateful for throughout our Day, will Build a Positive MINDset of Thankfulness, Appreciation and Abundance.  

​🔑#4. Set Intentions for the Day:

Start our Morning with Clear Intentions and Goals.  By Choosing to Be Optimistic, Pro-Active and Focused, we Approach our Day with a Positive Outlook which helps us Stay Aligned with our Goals.

Replace our Negative Self-Talk with Positive Self-Talk. 

Whenever we Notice we are THINKing, or SAYing "I Can't", Replace it with "I'll give it My Best Shot!".

"Attitude of Gratitude" is Essential for Maintaining a Positive Attitude.

By Acknowledging what we're Grateful for Each Day, it Cultivates Optimism which helps us Face SetBacks and Challenges.

Gratitude Opens Doors to Opportunities when we SHIFT our Perspective to Abundance rather than Lack.

When we Approach Life with Gratitude, we see Potential, Possibilities and Opportunities.

"Persistence Creates Resilience" and the Ability to Keep Going Despite Road Blocks.

So, here’s the Challenge:

Get a Notebook or Journal and Draw a Line Down the Middle of it. 

Title it ATTITUDE, and one Side Title it OLD ATTITUDE (Old Negative Thoughts) and, the other side Title it NEW ATTITUDE (New Positive Thoughts).

Start Paying Attention to YOUR THOUGHTS.

Notice when you're THINKing Negatively and write down what you are THINKing under the Old Attitude Column. 

Then, make a Conscious Effort to Replace those Thoughts with Positive, EMPOWERing ones instead, and write down your NEW ATTITUDE THOUGHT beside your Old Thought in the other side of the Column.

Keep Practicing and writing down your Old and New Thoughts.

You are Creating a NEW ATTITUDE from your NEW THOUGHTS and will have Your Own Positive ATTITUDE Playbook that you can Reference and Repeat!

You will begin to See Real Changes in your Life by Continually doing this Strategy.
