🎵Binaural Beats Explained🎧

🧠 Brain Waves

These are Natural Electrical Patterns in our Brain.

They change depending on our Mental State like when we're Sleeping, Relaxing, Focusing, or Meditating.

We produce them Naturally

Examples: Delta (deep sleep), Alpha (calm), Beta (thinking)

🎧 Binaural Beats

These are Sound Tools that we listen to. 

They’re designed to Influence our Brain Waves, and work by playing slightly different Tones in each ear, and our Brain “hears” a third frequency (the beat) in between.

We use them to SHIFT our Brain Wave State, and are you ready for this . . . The Brain then Synchronizes its own Electrical Impulses to match the Frequency difference between the two Tones, inducing a Specific Mental State dependent on the type of Frequency it hears..

Example: Listening to a 210 Hz tone in one ear and 200 Hz in the other = brain tunes into 10 Hz (Alpha state)
