FINDing FUN

What is FUN?

FUN is a State of MIND and an Experience that brings Feelings of Joy, Laughter and Excitement.

Let's break that down:

FUN is when our MINDset and Thoughts are filled with Happiness.

When we have Thoughts of Happiness, we Feel Joy, a Sense of Freedom and a Spirit of LightHeartedness.

This in turn, gives us the Experience of Pleasure, a Sense of Freedom, Enjoyment and Amusement.

It's being Present, Fully Engaged, Immersed in the Moment, Lost in Time.

FUN is a True Liberation from Worries and Stress and Everyday Responsibilities.

How do we Find FUN?

Finding FUN is all about Seeking, Learning, Creating, Enjoying, Looking, Practicing, Being. 

It's something that requires some Effort on our parts, and here are a few ways to Find FUN!

Embrace Curiosity:

Approach our Day-to-Day Lives with an Open MIND and a Sense of Wonder. 

Seek out New Experiences, Hobbies and Activities that pique our interests. 

It doesn't matter how Big or Small something is,  just be Curious about it all.

Cultivate Playfulness:

ReDiscover our Inner Child and Embrace Playfulness in our everyday lives.

Let go of Inhibitions and just allow ourselves to be Silly, Spontaneous, and Creative.

Connect with Others:

FUN is often best enjoyed in the company of others.

Nurture our meaningful Relationships with Friends, Family, and Loved Ones, who share our Sense of Humor, our Curiosity, and Quest for FUN.

Find Joy in the Everyday:

FUN can be found in the simplest of moments and in the simplest of things.

Take Time to appreciate the Beauty around us. Relish in the Warmth of the Sun on your Skin. Take it all in.

When we Cultivate MINDfulness and being Present, we Discover that FUN is right inside of us waiting to come out and PLAY!

Engaging in FUN Activities triggers the release of Endorphins, the Body's Natural Feel-Good Chemicals, which helps Reduce Stress, and Promotes Relaxation.

Enhanced Creativity:

Playful Experiences Stimulate the Imagination, and Encourages Creativity, and Innovation in all aspects of our Lives. 

Improved Relationships:

Sharing FUN Experiences with others, Strengthens Bonds, Communication, and Creates Lasting Memories that Enhance the Quality of our Relationships.  

Boosted Well-being:

FUN Promotes a Positive Outlook on our Life.  It increases our Feelings of Happiness and Fulfillment. 

It also contributes to our Overall Well-Being, Mental, Physical and Emotional Health.
