In this Blog, we’ll Explore How to Build a GO HARD MINDset, with our Success Formula and Practical Steps to Achieve it.

What is the GO HARD Mentality About?

A GO HARD Mentality is about Working with Purpose, Staying Resilient and Embracing Progress - no matter how Slow.

It Involves the Dedication of Taking Small Consistent Steps towards BIG Goals, while Recognizing that Each Effort, no matter How Small, Moves us Closer to Success.  

​It means Doing Something even when we Don't Want to, and even if it's Painful, because our Focus is on the End Result rather than,  Short-Term Pleasure of Not Doing it.

It's a MINDset that allows us to PUSH ourselves to the Limit, to Strive for Excellence and Never Give Up No Matter What!

It's a Determination to Succeed and Facing Challenges Head-on while keeping on, Keeping On! 

It's Bouncing Back from Set-Backs, Rejections and Never Losing Sight of our Goals.

It's Creating Habits and Routines that help us Stay-on-Track.

It's Having a Positive MINDset and Believing in our Abilities, and in ourselves even when, no one else does.

It's Having Trust and Faith in a Higher Power and, in our Own Power.

It's Pushing ourselves Outside of our Comfort Zones even when we are Uncomfortable.

It's Showing Up Consistently, Relentlessly and Persistently for ourselves Every Day, because we Know Deep Down Inside, IT WILL BE WORTH IT in the Long Run.

What Does Having GO HARD MINDset Do?

Having a GO HARD MINDset will help us Achieve our Goals.

Staying the Course, Taking Daily Action, Being Persistent, and Keeping our Eye on the Price, helps us Progress through Challenges, Obstacles and even Roadblocks that seem Insurmountable.

When we have a GO HARD MINDset, we Adopt a GROWTH Mentality.  This means, that we BELIEVE that we can Develop Skills and Abilities through Effort and TRUST, and that We Can Do what we set out To Do!

​When we BUILD this kind of GO HARD MINDset, we are Positioning ourselves for Long-Term Success. 

We become More Resilient, More Focused and More Willing to put in the Effort required to Reach our FULL POTENTIAL. 

 GO HARD MINDset Success Formula

In order to have a GO HARD MINDset, we need to Follow a Success Formula:

#1  Set Clear, Achievable Goals:
 
One of the First Steps to Adopting a GO HARD MINDset is having a Large Goal in MIND. 

We then Break Down our Large Goal into Smaller and Manageable Goals. 

Once we do this, we Break Down these Smaller Goals into Clear, Daily Actionable Steps.

For example:
If our Goal is to Write a Book (Large Goal), we start by Setting a Word Count Target, say 500 words a day (Smaller Goals), and
Write Daily (Action Step).


For Example:
If our Large Goal is to Run a 25 Mile Marathon, we Create Small Goals by Increasing our Distance by 10% Weekly.

#2  Embrace Small Wins:

One of the Cornerstones of the GO HARD MINDset is Celebrating Small Victories along the way.

Each time we make Progress we Must Embrace our Wins, No Matter How Small, we Reinforce our Commitment to our Goals. This will help us Boost our Confidence and Keep us Motivated to Keep Pushing Forward!

These Small Wins Remind us that Progress is Happening, even if we haven’t reached the End Goal YET!

For Example:
If we are Learning to Play the Guitar and we just Mastered a New Chord, Celebrate that Progress.  Be Happy for that Small Win.

For Example:
If we are Building a New Social Media Platform like a YouTube Channel and we get our First Follower, Celebrate that First Follower!​

#3  View Obstacles as Opportunities:

GO HARD Mentality means Viewing Obstacles as Opportunities to Grow and Learn from these Experiences.

Each of these Challenges offers us New Insights, and a Chance to Adjust our Approach.

For Example: 
If we Started a Fitness Routine and Hit a Plateau, this is the time to Adjust our Routine by trying Different Workouts and Physical Activities.

For Example:
​If we want to Release Weight and haven't reached our Desired Goal, this is our Opportunity to Re-Direct our Focus on our Nutrition.


#4  Focus on Consistency:

Having a GO HARD MINDset means Showing Up EVERY DAY, even when we don’t FEEL Motivated.

Consistency Builds Habits, and Habits Build Routines, and Routines Lead to Long-Term Results.

The🔑KEY is to FOCUS on CONSISTENCY, and over time, our Routines will help us Grow Stronger!

For Example:
If we're Working on Building a New Habit such as, Meditation, Focus on Meditating a Few Minutes Every Day.

For Example:
​If we want to Incorporate Supplements into our Daily LIFEstyle, we take them at a Certain time in order to make taking them a Habit, which Ultimately turns into a Routine.

 #5  Promote Positive Self-Talk:

Our MINDset is Heavily Influenced by the way we TALK to OUR SELVES.

Promote Self-Positive Talk Keeps us Motivated and Focused.  We must be our own Biggest Cheerleader!

We Attain a GO HARD MINDset when we are Kind to Our Selves, even when Things Get Tough!


For Example:
When we find ourselves Doubting our Abilities, we need to SHIFT our Thoughts to More Empowering, Confident and Supportive ones. 

For Example:
When things Get Tough and our Thoughts turn to Fear and Defeat, this is when we need to Stand up to those Negative Thoughts and Champion for Ourselves to Create Better Thoughts Geared Towards Winning.

GO HARD!

Push through Challenges, Embrace Growth, Take Consistent Action towards our Goals and We Will have a GO HARD MINDset!

Set our Clear Goals, Celebrate our Small Wins and Adjust when Obstacles come in our Way and We Will have a GO HARD Mentality!
