What is Grounding? Earthing?

Grounding, also known as Earthing, is a practice that involves connecting the Bare Body to the Earth's Surface by Standing, Lying or Walking on Natural Substances like Grass, Soil, Sand, or Rock. This direct Physical contact with the Earth is an Omnipresent Source of Natural Healing and Energy stemming from the Exchange of Electrons between the Body and the Earth.

Being Barefoot for 20-30minutes is the most common way of being electrically Grounded to the Earth's endless supply of Electrons.  We are all made of Electrical Energy and need to 'charge' ourselves with Positive Energy, and this transfer from Foot to Earth and Earth to Foot, gives us Many Health Benefits including Mental and Physical Healing.  

French Agronomist, Matteo Travera argued that  
"Our place on the Planet is to live in accordance with Natural Electricity, which Governs us all."

Electron Exchange

When you walk Barefoot on the Earth, your Body has direct contact with its surface, allowing for the exchange of Electrons. Electrons, with a negative charge, can act as Antioxidants, Neutralizing Free Radicals in the Body that contribute to inflammation and various Health issues.

Note, Switching to a RAW Plant Based FUELstyle is full of Antioxidants and Live, Living Healing Energy.

Inflammation Reduction

One of the primary Benefits associated with Grounding is the Reduction of inflammation. Chronic inflammation which is mainly caused by Food Choices (Meat and Dairy), is linked to numerous health problems, including cardiovascular issues, Autoimmune Diseases, and Chronic Pain. Grounding helps balance the Body's Electrical charge and lesson inflammation. 

Note, this is a temporary fix and changing your FUELstyle would be a permanent one.

Enhanced Circulation

Walking Barefoot on Natural surfaces stimulates the Muscles in the feet and lower limbs, promoting better circulation. Improved Blood flow is essential for delivering Oxygen and Nutrients to Cells and supporting overall cardiovascular health. 

Note, Physical Activity is an important component of a Daily Healthy LIFEstyle.

Electrostatic Shielding

​Grounding creates an Electrostatic Shield around the Body, protecting it from Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs) generated by Electronic Devices. Grounding helps reduce the Negative effects of EMF's. 

Note, Investing in Grounding Mats and EMF Shields for all your Devices are highly recommended.

Balance Nervous System

Grounding can influence the Autonomic Nervous System, promoting a balance between the Sympathetic (fight-or-flight) and Parasympathetic (rest-and-digest) branches. This balance is crucial for overall Health and Stress Resilience.

Note, Practicing Daily Positive MINDset and Thought control can help balance your Nervous System.

EARTHING THE MAT

There are other ways of Grounding without Touching the actual Ground.  Mats.  Yes Mats.  These are called Grounding Mats.  Easy to put under your Feet - in the Kitchen, in your Office.  There are even Grounding Mats for your Bed.  All you need is a Grounded Outlet.
