Often when people notice we are Eating Different to them, they ask a lot of Questions.
When we don't Engage in Negativity, Gossip or Cattiness, People will Notice and will often Comment in a Sarcastic, or Demeaning Manner.
In order to 'Deal' with "Other People" especially during this Time of Year filled with Chit Chat, Comments, Opinions and Shenanigans, the Main Thing is, to Keep to the Main Thing, Maintaining a Positive MINDset and Attitude!
🎁 We cannot Control Other People's Behaviors, just like we Can't Control the Weather or the Past.
🎁 Don't take anything Personally. It's never really about us. It's about them. When people Over-React, it's usually a very Deep Trigger from something else and Guess What, we just happen to be there for the Fireworks.
🎁 Sometimes we are caught 'Off Guard'. Before saying Anything, Take a Very Long Deep Breath, SMILE and say: Are you OK? This helps Defuse any situation if we are 'feeling' a little Uncomfortable. By putting it back into their court, they have to think about what they said or did, and this gives us more time to readjust our MINDset.
🎁 Any Outward Negativity is a Reflection of What's-Going-On inside someone else. Namely, Unhappiness and Hurt. Understand this is not about us. It is their Deep Hurt that has Unfortunately Not been Resolved and, is Rearing it's Head. We always have a Choice to not Engage and/or Walk Away.
🎁 Do not React in like. Nothing Positive happens with doing this, nor will the Results be Positive. Use these Responses instead: "Oh Really" "That's Nice" "Interesting" And just SMILE🙂
Know that WE have the POWER to SHIFT our Thoughts about the things WE CAN CONTROL - our own Thoughts, Reactions and Responses.
Look at Everyone as a Warm, Loving Soul Deep Down with Walls of War Built up around them.
See the small child within them that really doesn't have the Skills we do - being able to SHIFT our MINDset and to Create our Thoughts.
This is a Very Busy Time of Year when Everyone seems to be in a Rush, Hurry, Pre-Occupied and in their Own World.
We are on a Tight Schedule with Places to Go, People to See and Much To Do and in all of that, we Often Loose Our MINDS!
People tend to Bother us More, we become Judgmental of Others and we can get Stressed Out and Disappointed!
Let's just Take a Moment to THINK about what we are Saying, and How we are Reacting in order to Maintain a Positive MINDset . . .
⭐ Take Time each day to Reflect on what we're Thankful for. Gratitude cultivates a Positive MINDset when we SHIFT our Focus to the Blessings in our lives.
⭐ No One is Perfect. It's our imperfections that make us Unique. In order to Go-with-the-Flow, be more Flexible with Plans and People's 'situations'. This helps to Reduce OUR Stress and Disappointment.
⭐ Make Time for ourselves amidst the Hustle and Bustle . Engage in Activities that ReNEW us, whether it's Meditation, a Walk in Nature, Reading, a Digital Detox, or simply taking a Breather and Time Out.
⭐ Cherish Moments with Loved Ones, Friends and Family and Enjoy this Quality Time for what it is. Being Compassionate with others bring us the most Joy and Happiness.
⭐ Participating in Acts of Kindness and Generosity, whether through Volunteering or Small Gestures, which are really HUGE Gestures, just feels Good. Giving (without expecting anything in return), uplifts both the Giver and Receiver.
By Looking at the Bright Side of Things, our Disposition is Brightened.
When our Star Shines, it will be a Shining Guide for others.
Actions of Kindness and Love will conquer all.
By Spreading a little Sparkle and Shine to Everyone we Encounter, and we will FEEL Our Heart Expand with shear Joy and Abundant Positivity.
The Holidays are a time to Celebrate, Connect, and Create Memories—not to Stress because it's bad for our Mental and Physical Health.
By following these Holiday Health Hacks, SHIFTing our MINDset to Possivity, and Staying on the Healthy-Food-Track, we Can Enjoy the Season to the Fullest, keeping our Mental Health in Tact and our Belt Buckle in the Same Position!
