These Cereals cause Spikes in Blood Sugar Levels and Contribute to Weight Gain and a Higher Risk of developing Type 2 Diabetes.
Healthier Option:
Instead, Soak some Buckwheat, Add Almond Mylk and Top with Fresh Fruits, Nuts, Seeds, and Drizzle a little Maple Syrup, for a Nutrient-Packed and Naturally Sweet Start to the Day!
Items like Bacon, Hot Dogs and Deli Meats are Full of Sodium (unhealthy Salt), Nitrates and Preservatives which have All been Linked to Heart Disease and Cancer!
Healthier Option:
Choose Plant Based Alternatives like Tempeh Bacon, Black Bean Sausages and Seitan Meats and, Black Bean Burgers which offer similar Textures and Flavors without the Harmful Additives.
Sodas, Pops and Energy Drinks are one of the Biggest Sources of Added Sugars in our Diets Today!
They Contribute to Tooth Decay, Obesity and Type 2 Diabetes!
Healthier Option:
Replace them with Fresh, Organic Fruit Juices, Sparkling or Spring Water Infused with Fresh Fruits and Juices, for a Hydrating and Refreshing Alternative!
Refined Grains like White Rice, White Flower and White Breads, have been Stripped of their Fiber and Nutrients, leading to Blood Sugar Spikes and especially Weight Gain.

Making our own Home Cooked Meals, gives us Control over what we Consume!
These Convenience Frozen Foods are usually Packed with Unhealthy Fats, Sodium and Preservatives making them a Poor Choice for Regular Consumption.
Healthier Option:
Buy Plant Based Crusted Pizza Bottoms and, Make Home-Made Pizza at Home. Top with Favorite Veggies for an Extra Healthy Boost!
Make a few and Freeze them for Future use.
Many Store-Bought Salad Dressings are Full of Added Sugars, Unhealthy Oils and Preservatives, which Diminish and Disguise our Salads!

It is so Easy to Whip Up our own Salad Dressings!
With a little Olive Oil, Lemon Juice, Herbs and Spices, we can Create a Nutritious and Delicious Topping for our Salads.

Sweet Treats are often High in Added Sugars, Unhealthy Fats and, Artificial Ingredients that can lead to a host of Health Issues including Obesity and Cavities.
Healthier Option:
We can Satisfy our Sweet Tooth with Home-Made Energy Balls Sweetened with Maple Syrup or Dates, and Topped with Dried Fruits, Nuts, Coconut Flakes and Seeds.
Vegetable Oils are UnHealthy because they are Highly Processed, and if they are not Organic, they are made from GMO Crops.
These Oils are often Hidden in the Ingredient lists!
Hydrogenated Oils like: Corn Oil are made from Corn Kernels, Soybean Oil from Soya Beans, and Canola Oil from Rapeseed (cheap oil), Contain Unhealthy Trans Fats, Contributing to Inflammation and Chronic Diseases!
