The type of Water that one Chooses to Consume, makes a difference in the Body. 

Just like choosing your FUEL, choose your Water Wisely.  After all, 50-80% of the Human Body Weight is Water. (higher percentage in infants)

Instructions:
First thing in the Morning on an empty stomach, which means before you eat or drink anything else, fill a Tall Glass ½ with Spring Water.

When we don't Hydrate enough, or get the Minerals we need, we can experience Muscle Cramps and Fatigue and our Performance Levels will lower.
