Our Bodies are Incredible Machines.

They are Designed to Cleanse, Nourish and Restore themselves.

Our Body is a Complex, Inter-Connected Network of Systems that work in Harmony to Keep Us ALIVE!

The Nervous System is our Command Center, Overseeing nearly Every Function we rely on Daily.

From Controlling our Thoughts and Emotions, to Regulating Essential Bodily Functions, such as Eating, Breathing, Moving and Eliminating Waste.  Our Nervous System is the BackBone of our Well-Being!

The Nervous System

How Our Nervous System Works:

The Nervous System is a Vast Network of Nerves, Cells and Tissues that extends throughout our Body.

It is Primarily responsible for Sending, Receiving, and Processing Signals to and from our Brain and Spinal Cord. It allows us to FEEL, THINK, MOVE and FUNCTION in our Daily Lives. 

There are Two Main Parts of the Nervous System:

#1.  Central Nervous System (CNS):

This includes the Brain and Spinal Cord. The CNS processes information, makes Decisions, and sends signals to other parts of the body.

#2.  Peripheral Nervous System (PNS):
This consists of Nerves that extend from the Spinal Cord to the rest of the Body. It includes Sensory Nerves that allow us to FEEL sensations like Touch, Pain, and Temperature.

Signs Our Nervous System may be Compromised

 Here’s a list of some Symptoms we might experience when our Nervous System is Compromised:

🧠 Difficulty with Concentration, Memory, or Mental Clarity.

💭 Increased Anxiety, Mood Swings, or FEELings of Depression.

💪 Muscle Weakness or Twitching.

❤️ Irregular Heartbeats, increased Heart Rate, or Palpitations.

🌬️ Shortness of Breath, Shallow Breathing, or difficulty Catching our Breath.

🍽️ Bloating, Constipation, Nausea, or other Digestive issues.

How to Support Our Nervous System
