The Culprit in our Diet

Are you tired of Battling Allergies, Asthma, and constantly getting Coughs, Colds, and maybe even Sinusitis?

It might surprise you to learn that the Culprit is probably hiding in your Diet!

Let's delve into the Connection between Dairy Consumption and Respiratory Ailments, and how transitioning to a Healthier FUELstyle may be the KEY to Breathing Easier and Feeling Better.

VeRAWonica's Story

"I experienced many Respiratory issues for many, many years. 

It started when I was a little girl. 

My Dad took me to the Doctor's Office to get Allergy shots quite regularly. It hurt getting over 50 scratch tests on my back and needles in my arm.  I hated the drive to the Doctor's because I knew I would experience even more pain because of my Allergy issues.   

As an Adult I no longer had Allergy Shots, but rather took PHARMA Medications and Nasal Sprays like 'Dristan' when my Sinuses were really bad and I needed air! 

My Allergies developed into Asthma and the two Drug-laden Puffers never left my side so to speak.  Many times, from lack of air not getting into lungs, I felt without them, I was going to die.  It was not fun, and often very scary!

I experienced regular Coughs, Colds, Flus and, thanx to my GP (Doctor), she prescribed me Anti-Biotics Drugs.  I also took many Cold and Flu Syrups, (Buckley's YUK), Lozenges, and many other forms of Medications. 

Whenever I got Sinusitis, which was at least twice every year for as long as I can remember, prescriptions were always written and taken. 

After all, there was nothing I or the Doctor could do.  I just had to 'live with it'.  Or did I?

After learning about Dairy, and what it does to our Bodies, I was determined to get my Health back, and I STOPPED Consuming all forms of Dairy.  Within a very short amount of time after I changed from my Cooked Meat and Diary Foodstyle, to a Cooked Vegan Foodstyle, I no longer experienced ANY of the Respiratory Ailments I once had, and all of those Respiratory Symptoms disappeared.

That was over 20 years ago, and when there was only ONE Plant Based Option - SOY!  It had zero Flavor and Tasted Disgusting back then!  After not consuming Dairy for a while, I didn't it and today, wouldn't even Think about consuming Dairy.   

DAIRY was the CULPRIT in my DIET!  It's what kept me from Breathing Properly and Enjoying my Life Fully.
 
One thing I can say for sure, Your Food either Heals you, or Harms you.

I am Living Proof of that."

Unveiling the Link Between Dairy Consumption
and Respiratory Health

The most common By-Products from Female Cattle, Goats, Sheep, Camels and/or Buffalo, are Dairy Products like Milk, Kefir, Cheese, Yogurt, Butter or Ghee, Whey Products, and Casein. 

NOTE:  Since Cow Dairy is the most common, for this Blog, we will refer to these Products as 'Cow' Dairy, Products, and/or 'By-Products'.

These Products have long been associated with Respiratory Issues, as they Contribute to Excessive Mucus Production, Leading to Congestion, Inflammation, and Discomfort in the Sinuses and Lungs.

🥛 Consuming Dairy Exacerbates and Triggers Respiratory Flare-ups (Coughing, Wheezing, Difficulty Breathing Asthma)

🧀Consuming Dairy Causes the Immune System to Malfunction (Sneezing, Hives, Swollen Eyes Allergies)

🍰Consuming Dairy Leads to an increase in Bacterial Cell Production (Difficulty Breathing, Face Pain Sinusitis)

🍦 Consuming Dairy Causes the Body to Make Phlegm (Congested Nose, Lung Pressure Colds)

Milk is hard to Metabolize in the Human Body.  If you think about it, Cow Milk was meant for Baby Cows (Calves).
We are the only 'Creature' on the Planet that Drinks another Creature's Milk - Intentionally!

Mother Cow's Milk was meant for her Baby Calf so they could grow to be approximately 1500lb.  This is done by 'Mother Nature' providing a Natural existing Bovine Growth Hormone in that Milk to accelerate the Baby's Growth.

Think about what that Natural Growth Hormone is doing to our much smaller Human Bodies!
Now Think about the 'extra-added' and/or 'artificial' Growth Hormones added to Milk, and how Harmful that is to the Human Body.

The Truth about the Dairy Industry is a complete Contrast to its 'Marketed' image of Healthy and Happy Cows Freely Grazing in Grass Fields and the image of Human Health and Vitality.  

We have been Sold a Bill of BS (Bill of Silliness) because, Dairy is a MULTI-BILLION-DOLLAR Industry. 

Cows are literally regarded as
'CASH COWS'.

BILLIONS of Dollars are spent to Market 'Dairy is Good' for us Humans and Advertise False Truths.

🍼 Milk and Dairy Products contribute to Health Issues, especially Respiratory issues, increasing Mucus Production in the Sinuses and Lungs, exacerbating conditions like Asthma and Sinusitis as mentioned above. 

🍼 Dairy Products contain Lactose, which many people have difficulty Digesting, leading to symptoms such as Bloating, Gas, and Diarrhea.

🍼 Dairy Consumption has been linked to many different forms of Cancer, Breast, Colon and Prostate because it increases the Circulating Levels of a Hormone that is known to Promote Cancer Growth!
