THE WATER LIE
DRINK MORE WATER!
We’ve all heard it.
We Drink our 8 Glasses of Water, and Wonder Why we're still FEELing Tired and Bloated.
The Missing Piece to this Puzzle is not the Amount of Water that we Drink, rather the Absorption of Water our Cells take in.

There's a Big Difference between Drinking Water, and Water being Absorbed by our Cells for us to be Hydrated.
It doesn't Matter How Much we Drink if it isn’t getting into our CELLS.
The Big Difference is, Drinking Water helps us Flush out our Systems, however, Drinking Water for Deep Cellular Nourishment is a Different Story.
