10 Healthy Habits 

That Will Change Our Life!

When we DECIDE to UpGrade our Life, it doesn't Happen OverNight!

It does however, happen through Small, Consistent Healthy Habits that SHIFT our MINDset, Elevate our ENERGY, and Transform our Entire VIBE.

These 10 Simple, yet POWERful Habits are Designed to Help us Live a More Vibrant, Abundant and FulFilling Life, all Starting from the INSIDE - OUT!

Let’s dive in and make these SHIFTs are Daily Practices.

1. Start Each Morning With GRATITUDE

Before we Grab our Phone or rush into the day, take a moment to give THANKS. 

GRATITUDE instantly SHIFTS our Energy from Lack to Abundance.

​✨ Strategy:

List three things we’re Grateful for.  They can be as simple as the Sunrise, our Breath, or the way Fresh Fruit Smells in the morning.

2. Drink Living WATER and GREEN FUEL 

Our Body Thrives on Hydration and Minerals, and not Caffeine or Chemicals.

💧 Strategy:

Start our Day with a Tall Glass of Living Water (Spring Water with fresh lemon or lime) followed by a GREEN DRINK or JUICE.

3. Move Daily - Flow, Stretch, or Sweat

Movement is Medicine.

Whether it’s a Morning Walk, Dance Break, or Gym Session, it Clears Stagnant Energy and Boosts Endorphins.

💡 Strategy:

Set a Non-Negotiable 20-minute Daily “Energy Flow Session.”

It doesn’t have to be perfect - it just has to happen.  

4. EAT Clean, LIVE Clean

What we FUEL with determines how we FEEL.

A RAW Plant Based FUELstyle isn’t just a Diet, it’s a LIFEstyle of High Vibration Eating.

🥬 Strategy:

Choose Fresh, RAW, Organic Living Foods Full of Enzymes and Nutrients.

When we EAT Light, we FEEL Light!

5. Practice MINDset SHIFTing Daily

Transformation starts in the MIND before it shows up in our LIFE.

💫 Strategy:

Catch one limiting THOUGHT Today and FLIP IT!

Instead of “I can’t,” SHIFT to “I AM learning how.”

Every time we SHIFT our THOUGHTS, we SHIFT our Reality!

6. Protect Our Peace

Energy Boundaries are Self-Love in Action.

💡 Strategy:

Be MINDful of what (and who) we allow into our Mental Space.

If it Drains us, it doesn’t Deserve us because Peace is our POWER!

7. FUEL with Positive Content

Just like Food Nourishes our Body, what we Listen to Feeds our MIND.

🎧 Strategy:

Fill our Environment with High-Frequency Content: UpLifting Podcasts, Music that Inspires, Books that Expand our THINKing, and Voices that Elevate.

8. Get Sunlight and Nature Daily

Nature is the Ultimate Healer and Mood Lifter.

🌞 Strategy:

Step Outside, FEEL the Sun on our Skin, Breathe Fresh Air, and Ground our Feet to the Earth.

Even five minutes can ReCharge our Soul and Restore our Clarity.

9. Reflect and Re-Set Nightly

Our Evening Ritual sets the Tone for our Next Sunrise.

Strategy:

Before Bed, ask:

“What felt good today? What can I elevate tomorrow?”

Release any Tension through Deep Breathing or Journaling so our Rest becomes our Sacred Re-NEWal.

10. Visualize the LIFE We Desire

Our MIND doesn’t know the difference between Imagination and Reality.  It simply responds to Focus.

💭 Strategy:

Spend five minutes each day Visualizing our Desired Reality.

SEE it, FEEL it, LIVE it, and soon it becomes our Truth!
