How many times have you Doubted yourself this week?  Once?   Twice?

What is Self-Doubt?

Self-Doubt is the internal dialogue that tells us we're not good enough, smart enough, or capable enough.

Yes.  No.  Maybe. It keeps us from making a DECISION!  

It can be a significant roadblock to achieving our Goals and living our Best Lives.

Everyone, from top CEOs, to Students, to stay-at-home parents, can experiences Self-Doubt.

And, when Self-Doubt is left unchecked, it can severely impact our Confidence and Overall Well-Being.

#1.  The number one Trigger of self-doubt is COMPARISON.

It is so common to Compare ourselves to Others, what they Have, where they live, what they drive and what they wear, and is often referred to as "Keeping up with the Joneses" (or the Kardashians).

In today’s Digital Age, where Social Media platforms highlight the Best Moments of People’s Lives, it's easy to fall into the trap of comparing ourselves to others.

Especially when we see their Successes, their Perfect Vacations, and their seemingly Flawless Lives. 

Self-Doubt creeps in, and we start to Question our own Worth and Achievements, becoming Insecure.

#2.  The second most common Trigger is the FEAR of FAILURE.

This Fear can be so Overwhelming that it paralyzes us, preventing us from Taking Action or Pursuing our Dreams.

We worry about what others will think, the possibility of making Mistakes, and the Potential for Disappointment.

This Fear Feeds into our Self-Doubt, creating Negative Evaluations of ourselves.

The Way we Talk to ourselves has a Profound Impact on our MINDset.

Instead of Focusing on Negative Thoughts like "I'm Not Good Enough, SHIFT our Thoughts to "I AM GOOD ENOUGH".
