Did You Know that 80% of Success is attributed to our MINDset? That's right, our Thoughts and Beliefs play a Huge Role in determining our Outcomes.

A Great Question to ask ourselves is "How Intentional are we with our Thinking?" 

So What is Intentional Thinking?

Intentional Thinking is all about Being Deliberate and Purposeful in our Thoughts.

❌When we THINK Thoughts of Self-Doubt, Procrastination and Negative Self-Talk, and Continue to Think them as True, these Thoughts Stem from LACK of Intentional Thinking.

✅When we THINK of these Negative Thoughts and INTENTIONALLY SHIFT them to Positive Thoughts such as Confidence, Pushing Forward and Inner Self-Esteem Dialogue, we are THINKING INTENTIONALLY.

It's about Taking Control of our MINDset and Steering it Towards Positive and Productive Thinking Patterns.

Mastering Intentional Thinking is 🔑KEY to Unlocking our Full Potential and Achieving our Goals.

BE OUR OWN THOUGHT GARDENER

So What is MINDset?

Let's Think of our MIND as a Garden:

🌼Our THOUGHTS are the SEEDS that we Plant.
Example:  If we Plant Good Seeds (Thoughts), we say to ourselves things like
"I CAN DO THIS", "I am Great at this".
When we do this, our Garden will Grow Beautifully.

🌿On the Contrary, If we Plant Bad SEEDS (Thoughts), we may say things to ourselves like
"I'm not Good Enough" or "Why am I such a Loser".
When we do this, Our Garden OverGrows with WEEDS (Negative Thoughts).

MINDset is How WE CHOOSE to THINK about Things.

By Deciding which SEEDS We Want to Plant (Thoughts) in our Garden, we Create our MINDset.

​Would you rather have Flowers, Foliage and Fruit or Weeds in your MIND's Garden?

WE ARE OUR OWN GARDENER!

So Why is MINDset So Important?

Our MINDset Shapes How we See our World, and How we Act.

✅ If we THINK we Can Do Something, our MINDset will Follow, and so will our Emotions.  Once both are in Positive Alignment, the Probability for Success is Greater, which causes us to Follow Through with Actions to Create the Results we want.

❌ However, if we THINK we Can't Do Something, our MINDset will Follow that as well, and so will our Emotions, and this causes Negative Results and more than likely, Unsuccessful Results. We might even Give-Up Before we even Start!

Having a POSITIVE MINDset helps us Do Better, in Everything We Do.

HOW TO THINK ON PURPOSE:

Thinking ON-PURPOSE means Choosing what THOUGHTS we Think.

Here are some simple ways to do that:

#1.  Positive Self-Talk:

When we wake up in the Morning, Say something Nice to ourselves like "Today is a RAWmazing Day" or "I am Strong and Brave".  Saying Positive things to Ourselves, helps us Start our Day with a Smile and Positive MINDset.

#2 Gratitude Game:

Every Night before we go to Sleep, Think of 3 Things to be Thankful for, like "I had a Great Workout", or "I am so happy that I Stayed on the Healthy Track today".  Focusing our Thoughts on Gratitude helps us Focus on the Good Things in our Life and lets us Think about that as we Drift off into a Wonderful, Peaceful and Restful Sleep.

#3 Mirror Mirror:

When we Look at ourselves in the Mirror, it's a Powerful thing!  And when we Look at ourselves in the Mirror AND talk to ourselves OUTLOUD in a Positive Way, it's even MORE POWERful. 

So Every Change we get, let's Smile, look Deep into our Eyes and say "I Love You", "You are RAWsome", "You are a Wonderful Person".  By Talking to ourselves in a Positive way, we SHIFT ourselves to THINKing and FEELing Self-Love, Confidence and Self-Esteem.  

Next time we Walk by a Mirror - Let's Look Directly into our Eyes and Intentionally, Tell Ourselves "I LOVE YOU!"

HOW TO PRACTICE MINDfulness:

MINDfulness is about Paying Attention to the Present Moment, and Focusing on What's Happening Right Now.
 
Here are some simple ways to do it:

#1.  Deep Breathing:

When we Sit or Lie down, Close our Eyes, and Take some Deep Breaths, Breathing in Slowly through our Nose and out through our Mouth, helps us to Feel Calm and Relaxed.  Our Thoughts are better Controlled in this Positive, Zen State.

#2 Nature Walks:

When we Walk Outside in Nature without Digital Distraction, we tend to Breathe more Deeply, Feel a Sense of Calm and Enjoy the Scenery. When we pay attention to Everything around us, what we See, Hear, Smell, we are Enjoying the Moment and the Beauty of Nature. #3 MINDful Eating:

When we Chew our Food Slowly, and when we Pay Attention to our Food, how it Tastes, Smells, Feels, it Connects us to our Food.  And when we become MINDful of What we are Consuming, this SHIFTS our Thoughts to Consume more Healthily, which Ultimately Makes us Feel Better!  

WE HAVE CONTROL and CHOICE:

We have the POWER to CONTROL our THOUGHTS and Make our Dreams Come True!

By THINKing ON PURPOSE, we can:

✅ IMPROVE our Health
✅ ENHANCE our Creativity
✅ LET GO of Negative Feelings
✅ SET Goals
