Today is all about Breaking Down our BIG Goals into ACTIONable Steps.

Breaking down our Large Goals into smaller more, Manageable Steps, makes Achieving our Goals more Attainable!

Doing this, helps Eliminate Over-Whelm, that can often lead to Procrastination, and leads us towards Confidence and Encouragement.

Let’s go through the process together!

1. Document Goals Clearly and Positively

The First Step is to Write Down our Goals in a Clear, Concise and Positive Format.

Writing Down our Goals increases our Commitment and helps us Stay Accountable.

📓 Use a journal, notebook, digital planner, or goal-setting app to keep track​.
✍️ Write our goal as a positive affirmation - Example “I practice meditation for 10 minutes every morning.”

These clear Goals and Affirmations gives us direction and makes our goals measurable.

2. Break Down Big Goals Into Smaller Steps

Once our Goal is Written Down, now it’s time to Break it Down into small, Manageable Steps.

This makes our Larger Goal feel less intimidating and More Achievable.

Example:  If our goal is to transition into a (RAW) Plant Based FUELstyle, start with small actions

🔎Follow RAW Plant Based Influencers on Social Media
🎓 Enroll in a Plant Based course
🥗 Experiment with Plant Based recipes
🍴  Gradually transition our meals by adding new Plant Based meals and snacks

By Breaking Down our Goal into "Bite-Sized" Tasks, we will make Progress without FEELing OverWhelmed! 

3. Track our Progress

Tracking our Progress is 🔑KEY to Staying-on-Track.

By using a checklist or progress tracker it helps us monitor where we are in relation to our goals.

âś… Create a checklist for each small action step.
đź“… Set a schedule for regular progress check-ins.
🔄 Reassess and adjust your steps if needed—this helps keep you on course.
